My friends at FireRescueTv are in the running for a $50,000 prize from the Pepsi Refresh Everything Project. The idea is to fund 13+ volunteer fire departments with the Fire Rescue TV News and Training Network. If you haven't seen this very cool product, you should take a look! Once again, the busiest booth at the show is the MN8 Products Foxfire Illuminating technology booth 2853. Zach Green has employed Willie Wines Jr. and several others. The traffic is steady. Apparently, Zach and his company/booth are up for an award today for "best in show" or something like that. We will find out if he won around 1pm.

Rescue Me was a hit. Many firefighters enjoyed it. I thought it showed how dysfunctional firefighters can be...not all of us, but some of us. It started out being pretty heavy on the firefighting and light on the drama...it ended up being very heavy on the drama and light on the firefighting. Trauma was just way over the top...and too many ambo drivers! The question now is what will be the next network show or movie about firefighting... Here are some of the options...
