It is that time of year where I rank the top ten male firefighter calendars for the upcoming year. Each year they get better and better...and each year some great charities (typically burn foundations) receive a lot of money from the profits of these calendars.

Here are the Top Ten Christmas Gifts for 2012. This is a blog feature I have been doing for the past several years. Each year, the Top Ten Firefighter Calendar article grows a little bit more. In 2010, the list was merely female firefighter calendars. In 2011, it included both female and male calendars. Here we are in 2012 and we have split them into two lists of their own. Be sure to share this article with others. Remember...they are for great causes.

For some firefighters, the loose fire hose drill is a right of passage. I must admit that it was not part of my curriculum as a vollie or career guy....luckily. I know what to do...shut down the supply! If need be, I will get all wet but I am not planning on training on this any time soon.
