Helmet Cam Video: Interior on a House Fire

This video features helmet camera footage of firefighters attacking a house fire. No word on when or where this was.

Like most videos of firefighters working (including ourselves) we can usually learn something or realize a weakness (to improve). I think there are several learning/teaching points on this video (forcible entry, and hose advancement).

Almost certain it’s East St. Louis.

That’s a pretty cool helmet cam video. As a non firefighter, I usually have a hard time figuring out what the heck I’m looking at; in the one it was pretty clear. And in my uneducated state, I’d have to agree with you Rhett, on the need for education regarding forcible entry and hose advancement/teamwork.
