This shield is quality built and appears to be ready to hold up for years to come. JP uses two 8/9 oz. pieces of leather on their fronts. Mine has recessed areas which are stamped and hand painted. I couldn't be more pleased with the design and quality of this helmet front!

Once again, I give you the best firefighting calendars for 2019. I have enjoyed putting this article since 2010. For the most part, each of these calendars below represent dozens of people who volunteer their time to produce and market a calendar each year to raise money for their charity.

A couple of months ago he sent me some of "The Game Changer" which is a spray on/spray off vehicle wax. I used it almost immediately on my jeep and have been happy with the quality and protection it gave my jeep since. When I give the jeep a wash, I can still tell it has wax on it because the water beads up.

Retired FDNY Lt. James J. O’Donnell has published his first book "Sons of Valor, Parents of Faith". His 30 year career ended with his last response being 9-11. Since then, he has returned to his studies in Theology and Religious education. All proceeds from the book are earmarked for FDNY charities. The book is available on Amazon and at Barnes and Noble. 

Robert Piparo and Ewa Hlebowicz of 555Fitness were on Harry Connick Jr's show this morning and Harry went through a firefighter workout with them.

No one was injured in a fire Wednesday at an unused building in Durham, officials confirmed. The building, located at 5304 Groucho Lane near Highway 70, was once the Sea to Shore Seafood restaurant.

1-10-2018 LAFD 26’s & 15’s first on scene at 1711 South New Hampshire Avenue reported fire showing from the second floor of a large two story house. With flames showing on the the south side and heavy smoke pushing from the front Los Angeles Firefighters forced entry on the second floor, attacking the fire with several handlines.
