I just got a new Phenix leather helmet and the tetrahedrons that came on it are terrible. I pulled them off and installed these new MN8 Illuminating and reflective tetrahedrons and it looks great.

We got to hang out in Cincinnati and in Edgewood, Kentucky at the Kenton County Officer Leadership Symposium where I presented, with the Loveland-Symmes Fire EMS, Mason Fire EMS, Chief Billy Goldfeder, Wyoming Fire EMS, Cincinnati Fire Dept., and so many others including an Aussie Kieth Gillespie. Thanks to all for the great time!

Across the Nation, Firefighters are wearing pink for breast cancer awareness. Wearing pink may not seem like a big deal to the public, changing from the normal department issued uniform T-shirt or polo rarely happens. When I say rarely...this is the first time in my 12 years at my department that I have worn anything but my navy blue t-shirt or class A or B uniform. It is commendable that Fire Chiefs have realized the good of the campaigns and allowed firefighters to wear pink.

Once again, the busiest booth at the show is the MN8 Products Foxfire Illuminating technology booth 2853. Zach Green has employed Willie Wines Jr. and several others. The traffic is steady. Apparently, Zach and his company/booth are up for an award today for "best in show" or something like that. We will find out if he won around 1pm.

Willie and I are heading to Fire Rescue International. We will be participating in the 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, working with MN8 Products, spreading the word about Daily911Deals.com, and hanging out at John's Creek Fire Department...plus much more!

Sure, having busty tall blonde booth babes works very well too. But that typically just gets guys to stop and stare for a little while. Having a personality that many people know prior to the show in your booth can be an even bigger draw. Plus, what do those booth babes know about your product? You probably gave them a 5 minute crash course on your product and expect them to be experts. Once they leave the show they aren't going to write about the fun they had, the people they met, publish pictures from your booth, or any of that.
