This is a bit of a long post...and it involves plenty of video. I got in front of the computer searching for what fires were caught on video and uploaded to Youtube...and I found a ton!

The firefighters at Long Hill Fire Department in Trumbull, Connecticut take Christmas seriously. The video below will show you exactly how serious they are about Christmas. They also offer a fire truck decked out with Christmas lights for a nominal donation. Check out their web site here.

Stamford (CT) Fire & Rescue Engine 1 was hit by a tractor-trailer at a high rate of speed on I-95. The only injury was a leg laceration to a State Trooper.

Check out this news coverage of multiple firefighters being rescued from the first and second floor of a house fire. The fire occured in New Haven Connecticut. I couldn't find any information on this fire so it might be an older video. It was recently added to youtube. Well worth the watch whether it is new or not though!

I just freakin drove through Meriden a couple of days ago. Not to worry, I wasn’t running through there carrying a burning barrel! Either way, these guys had their hands full. Enjoy!
