Surrey crews battled a fire in a 20000 sq ft warehouse, heavy smoke conditions with fire showing inside. Reports that a break and enter occurred prior to the fire. No injuries reported.

Reported as chimney fire, but it spread into the townhouse and into the roof. A 3rd alarm was called for additional manpower (2nd one today) All occupants were evacuated safely. No word on cause of the fire.
