ALDAN – Firefighters quelled a fire that broke out early Friday in a home in the borough. No injuries were reported.
Flames broke out in the home on Stratford Avenue near West Providence Road about 4:30 a.m. Heavy smoke and flames were showing on the second floor when firefighters arrived, officials said.
