Video: 3 Alarm Fire Puts All of Allentown, PA FD Working at Row House Fires

Seven homes were involved in a stubborn blaze that firefighters fought in Allentown today. The 3 Alarm fire brought all city units on scene. Both newsworking and firtog were on scene to get video. The fire occurred at the 500 Block of Washington St.

Around 1330 hrs on Sunday Allentown Firefighters area dispatched to the 500 Block of Washington St for a reported house fire, Crews arrive on location and confirm a working fire and stretch in with fire in a middle of the row. At one point crews had heavy smoke pushing from the roof area of 7 homes, crews went to the roof and made trench cuts to the stop the progression of fire. Multiple lines were stretched into several home and firefighters had the fire under control in about an hour.
