The funny thing is that my guys had a little fun with my Captain the other day when I was off. Apparently my Captain freaked out while on an EMS call when one of the firefighters merely pointed out a plastic snake on the couch behind our Captain. After a few girlish squeals and some dancing around he calmed down.

Another prank on the rookie. This one is the classic stirring the water in the tanker...you know to keep the water fresh! This rookie takes this stuff seriously!

Check out this video of the recruits at the Chattanooga Fire Academy doing Thriller by Michael Jackson. I have to admit, they do a pretty decent job. Some of you might think "What in the Hell are they doing that for". I think that is an acceptable thought. However, I don't really see any harm in it. In all actuallity, if you can get them to do this you should have any problem with them following directions in the future.

Three firefighters went out on a hunting trip. There was a rookie, a captain, and a Chief. The weather was miserable and they hadn't seen any deer all day. They came across an old shack where they went inside to play a game of poker.

The interesting thing is the comments both on Statter911 and youtube. While most firefighters have enjoyed the parody, some have been throwing around the career (and/or IAFF) vs. volunteer firefighter argument. As for me, I think it is hilarious and some or most of it is probably true in some parts of the Nation. Even if the truth behind the humor only represents a small percentage of volunteers out there...and yes, paid firefighters can act like idiots too (but this show isn't about them).

These guys are good. They have either been following along on the Fire Critic or spent some time searching youtube for firefighter pranks. These Auburndale firefighters get the same rookie with some of the best pranks...most of which have to do with water. The jet dump lever one is the best!

Here is a classic prank. Firefighters "install" some very skimpy thong panties on this firefighters turnout pants. The twist here is that he puts them on during a quick drill evolution and on video. enjoy...
