The website is kinda like Firefighter Spot, although I think that there is a significant difference. You will more than likely find videos on FireGroundVideo.com that you might not find on Firefighter Spot. Basically, there might be more videos and ones that might have been culled by Firefighter Spot. Competition, maybe but I think you will find a unique approach on the website.
