Fire Cam (FireVideo.net) is owned by Firefighter Rob Schield who took some time to answer our questions about his company and products.

Crews from Lansdowne Fire Company responded to a mid-day fully involved detatched garage fire. Crews quickly stretched two lines and made a quick knockdown.

This helmet video was actually released the other day. Dave Statter ran it here. Then Rialto FD recut it for this shorter segment showing the importance of doing a 360 degree walk around. The bonus for us is that the walk around is caught on helmet camera.

The guys at FDCam.com let us know about the newest video (2nd one below) featuring helmet camera footage. Both are mobile home fires, the first one during the day and the second one at night.

This isn't the best helmet camera footage, but anytime we can offer a view of a rescue and/or suppression efforts via helmet camera I think we should let the World see it. The fire occurred in St. Charles City, Missouri.

Firefighters were dispatched for a smoke investigation. Upon entering the neighborhood Firefighters recognized the familiar smell of a structure on fire. Upon arrival, an Engine Co. found a single story home with heavy fire showing. After calling for additional units the crew went to work locating the fire & securing all occupants were out of the home.

Red Bank Volunteer Fire Department (NJ) Firefighters battle a house fire on Hudson Street and capture it with a helmet camera. Two families escaped the fire safely prior to firefighters arriving. Listen as Father/Son firefighting team are on the rig together. The father is on the pump, the son is on the line. "lets go, lets go, Dad this thing is #$@#ing going lets go"...

This fire was in Jacksonville, Florida on May 14, 2012 on Cinancy Street. The fire was captured on film by a helmet camera and shared by FDCam.com. You just can't win them all can you?
