Shortly after noon on 5JAN14 Harrisburg Fire units were dispatched to a reported kitchen fire on North 15th Street in the city's Allison Hill neighborhood. Squad 8 arrived to find a three story wood frame apartment building with a fire in the second floor rear kitchen.
