Check out this video on the behind the scenes training and info about Chicago Fire. What surprised me the most was the two who are British.

The truth is that we could can arm-chair quarterback a bridge game, sermon, or the neighbor cutting the grass. We are opinionated, unrelenting, and all around better than everyone else...or so we think. This same process occurred when "Rescue Me" came out.

My first thought on "Chicago Fire" was "Where are the fat guys?" Yes, I realize that is a rather unfortunate first thought, but I am being realistic, there should be at least one! I am staying realistic in that I know this show is not for firefighters...it is about firefighters.

Ankum was one of two Chicago firefighters killed in a Dec. 22 blaze inside a vacant laundry building. Mayor Daley called Ankum a "hero" and a "true defender in every sense of the word." "Corey Ankum was a natural born leader, a good young man, a family man, and a spectacular father," Daley said. "We will miss you, Corey. You are a brother in blue."

I'll admit that I have slow days. However, I post when I am able to. I took the 24th and 25th off, but quickly caught up! You should be keeping up with me at least...yes I am speaking to both of you (my readers)! There are some other links in there from some other sites as well!
