At 19:44 Tuesday evening, Lehigh County Fire Radio dispatched Station 2 and North Catasauqua Engine 18 to the area of 12th and Bath Avenue on a house fire. Chief 2 signed on responding and was updated that an attached garage was on fire.

Around 1200 hrs on Monday January 6th Western Salisbury Fire Department along with mutual aid companies were dispatched to a reported structure fire at the Jiffy Lube on Lehigh Street.

March 17th 2 alarm apartment fire around 11:30am at 36 S. Fifth Street in Emmaus, Pennsylvania (Lehigh County). 4 people died in the fire.

We have all been on a fire that was difficult. Maybe not because of the size of the building or the size of the fire. Maybe it was due to tactics. Maybe it was due to construction or added components inside that we didn't realize or plan for. Maybe it was because we thought we would kick the fires ass and be back sitting drinking coffee quickly. For whatever the reason, we have all been on one of those fires.
