About Brotherhood Leatherworks:

Brotherhood Leatherworks was started in 2012 by Chris Jenkins, as a firefighter owned leather shop that produced handmade fire helmet shields. As time progressed, they began offering custom radio straps and other fire service related products. They have grown quickly since 2012 and have been noted as one of the top firefighter owned leather shops in America. All of their products are 100% handmade without any automation. They pride themselves on their communication with their customers, to provide an end product they are happy with, and that will last them a career.

About their products:

Their fire helmet shields are made form high quality 10-12 oz. vegetable tanned leather produced in the USA. They don’t use any “fillers” such as cardboard like you see in shields purchaed from major protective equipment providers. Their shields are one solid piece of full grain leather. All lettering and custom artwork are hand tooled and embossed directly into leather. They don’t use stickers or heat transferred numbers. Their shields are made to withstand everyday use and the normal abusive and intense environments firefighters face while battling fires.
