Fire Critic An Unadulterated View of the Fire Service

Video info: www.firecam.com This was a vacant house fire with an occupied apartment building as an exposure. 1st due had fire thru the roof of the vacant upon arrival and started knocking with a handline and tank water as NO plug was available. 2nd due was able to alert the people in the apartment that the fire had spread to the attic and got them out safely. 2nd due was able to contain the exposure fire to side B in the attic as crews shuttled water. The fire was under control and crews were back in service within 2 hours. A total of 1 engine and 1 ladder with 6 firefighters on scene.
