Fire Critic An Unadulterated View of the Fire Service
Video by: Cowpens Fire Department. Video info: Helmet cam video from the officer of the first arriving engine on a trailer fire in Cowpens, SC. Fire was extinguished with a single 1.75″ smooth bore handline and tank water. Firefighters made entry after other companies arrived to staff RIT. The fire was knocked down quickly and the fire was under control within 10 minutes. Crews continued to operate at the scene for overhaul and investigation. Mutual aid departments: Converse and Drayton also responded.
